HASSLE-FREE EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gulbahaaar, we want you to love what you receive. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to offer a hassle-free exchange if you wish to change your product.

To request an exchange, simply contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp at +92 331 0265590 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our Customer Service Team will guide you through the process.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. The product must be unused, undamaged and safely packed in its original condition.

  3. The customer is responsible for safely sending the product back to us and will bear the return courier charges.

  4. The customer will also bear the shipping charges for delivery of the exchanged product.

  5. The exchanged item will be dispatched once the original product has been received and inspected by our team.

  6. We do not offer returns or refunds.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your plant, flower, planter or pot arrives significantly damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the damage.

Once verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
